With decades of combined experience, our co-founders, Joshua Levy and Ari J. Schwartz, bring a wealth of expertise in sourcing, underwriting, and structuring real estate financing.
Meet the Managing Partners
Joshua Levy
Joshua Levy is a co-founder and co-managing partner of Lion Fox Partners (“LFP”) and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and structuring LFP’s investment activities as well as raising capital and portfolio management. Josh has facilitated over $20MM in commercial leasing transactions and has developed multiple ground-up construction projects involving medical office and adult-daycare facilities in Broward County, Florida, along with all tangential site and utility infrastructure. Joshua began his career as an attorney practicing real estate law in New York. He holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. in political science from The University of Colorado.
Ari Schwartz
Ari J. Schwartz is a co-founder and co-managing partner of Lion Fox Partners (“LFP”) and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and structuring LFP’s investment activities as well as raising capital and portfolio management. Throughout his real estate career, Ari has been involved in +$250MM of CRE debt transactions and was actively involved in the acquisition, leasing and management of a +650,000 SF industrial real estate portfolio throughout Colorado, Washington State, Oregon and Arizona. Ari began his career as an attorney practicing creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and real estate law in New York and New Jersey. He holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, an L.L.M. in Bankruptcy Law from St. John’s University School of Law, and a B.A. in Economics from Emory University.
